As a benchmark of Alibaba’s new retail, Hema continues to strengthen its supply chain layout by leveraging its “store-warehouse integration” model and digital operations advantages. Danver Foods has been deeply engaged in the bakery and chocolate product sector for 20 years, with strong comprehensive capabilities. The company is equipped with 10 intelligent automated production lines, using high-end equipment such as Bühler grinders, Sainobeco systems, Golden Bake tunnel ovens, and FANUC robotic arms, and is powered by Siemens and Schneider Electric systems as well as its self-developed PLC programs. It holds more than ten technical patents.

In terms of quality, Danver Foods has obtained ISO22000, HACCP, multiple HALAL certifications, and FDA registration, and is currently advancing BRC, FSSC22000, and Kosher certifications. It has been recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise and a Specialized and Sophisticated SME. In terms of raw materials, the company has deep cooperation with international enterprises such as Fonterra, Cargill, and AAK, and has developed five flagship product series: soft heart tart, crispy paper hash brown, soda crackers, wafers, and bran-filled tart.

The Hema team highly praised the products and manufacturing capabilities. Both sides also discussed future industry development trends. This exchange has laid a solid foundation for cooperation in product R&D, supply chain integration, and quality standard co-construction, and is expected to create a new model of bakery retail collaboration for mutual benefit and win-win results.
